rachuba remitted --pay-date YYYY-MM-DD [--on YYYY-MM-DD] [--json]

Writes the remittance date into the ledger entry of the run paid on --pay-date. --on is the day the deferral reached the plan trustee, default today. Recording again replaces the date.

Recorded deferral remittance of <amount> on <date>.

When --on is after the seventh business day following the pay date, it is still recorded and a second line follows:

LATE  The safe harbor closed <date>. This is a prohibited transaction; correct it through the DOL Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program.
