rachuba owed [--year YYYY] [--json]

Lists money that has not moved for every run paid in the year (default the current one), each with its due date. Each is WARN until its due date and ERROR after it. It records nothing.

• A run with a deferral and no recorded remittance, due the seventh business day after its pay date:

  <amount> deferral from the <date> payroll has not been remitted to the plan; it is due <date> under the seven-business-day safe harbor at 29 CFR 2510.3-102(a)(2).

• A run with Form 941 taxes and no recorded deposit, due by the configured deposit schedule:

  <amount> of Form 941 taxes from the <date> payroll has not been recorded as deposited; it is due <date> through EFTPS.

Once a date has passed the sentence says it was due.

With nothing outstanding: Nothing outstanding. Every run is recorded as deposited and remitted. With --json: year, findings (each with severity and message) and overdue.

Exit status

After printing everything, exit 1 when any finding is an ERROR:

at least one due date has passed

And the shared refusals on configuration.
