rachuba form 940 [--year YYYY] [--json]

Prints the Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return for the year (default the current one): line 3, total payments; line 5, payments over the $7,000 wage base; line 7, taxable FUTA wages; lines 8 and 12, the FUTA tax. When the year's FUTA tax is over the deposit threshold it adds Part 5, the liability of each quarter (lines 16a to 16d); otherwise it says Part 5 is not required. Then the due date. It records nothing.
